I racked a fwk reisling today and added kmeta. How soon can I bottle it. Wine is clear and there was hardly anything on the bottom of the carboy.

How old is it? If 6 months or so, or longer it’s ready to bottle. Chances of anything else dropping out I would think are low.

It's 5.5 months old

Not bad. But if you don’t need the carboy let it go a while.
im really getting the hang of this patience thing and it makes a big difference .

Keep it cold if possible too.
