No, it sounds like you will need a few rackings. I am assuming that you did not have your apples in a bag, is this correct?

First off, welcome to the forum!!!

What was the SG if you are saying it came out like syrup?

Help!! I just racked my apple pie flavored wine and it came out like syrup?? Is it lost?

We need a lot more info to halp you out. Start date, activation date, starting sg, apples, sugar, bagged or not, The more info the better the advise.:hug

Started like 2 months ago.. The sg at my first rack was 1.04. The sugar i used was just plain sugar you buy in a 5 lb bag at the store?

When you say syrup do you mean thick with apple particles or do you mean a thick liquid. If thick with particles, time should let them settle out. If thick liquid you mite have to thin it down some, probably with apple juice. That will probably make it ferment some more and you will have to wait a bit longer. Should have plenty of flavor, tho.
