I had bought a Buon Vino Auto bottle filler from FineVineWines - it ended up being defective - emailed George - I shipped it to him and he replaced it - got my new one in a few days.

Yep, nothing worse then buying a new product only for it to be broken!! That being said if you bought it from George you have no worries because replacement is eminent there!
