I have sediment or something in my wine. I’ve made this California Moscato kit several times. The last couple times I notice a lot of sediment or hazy stuff in the bottles. I let the sit for longer than normal in the carboy with the clearing stuff, then racked it into a clean container and then filled the bottles.

Given how clear the wine is in the photo, could they be tartrate crystals? Was the wine was stored on its side?

If it was clear going into the bottle, then I'd suspect crystals in which case cold stabilization will solve the problem before bottling next time. If it had some haze at bottling, it's probably yeast sediment and then either time or fining agent pair such as super-kleer would do the trick. My money is on tartrates though.

protein dropout. put it in refrigerator and see if it clears if so definitely proteins dropout. if so in future cold stabilize before bottling or add bentonite during fermentation should remove ay protein conditions. I read again and see it is a kit the bentonite should have corrected this.
