Hey all,

Need some recommendations on clearing this wine I made last fall. I did a juice bucket blend of Verdicchio and Moscato 50/50. Everything has gone well with the wine - tastes and small great, but it’s still cloudy. It’s been aging in a tank for the last 9 months where I was hoping it would clear naturally. I’ve racked a total of three times - once at 1.002, once after fermentation and then a third time a few months later.

I feel at this point I need some additives as I’d like to bottle sooner than later. Here is a picture for reference. Note that moscato is giving the wine a darker yellow color. What approach / recommendations would best suit my wine?

did you use pectin enzyme when fermentation? bentonite, might help. with light colored wines I've had luck with lower temperatures and bentonite.. for me usually 6 months to a year for crystal clear whites.
