Now thats a first !!!!

Must have been a "Double Header" game

Im pretty sure Scott is not using a hand corker cause that would have een the toughest cork to get in ever!!!!!! LOL

Yep - I was sitting down enjoying the game and my new floor corker. I bet not to many poeple can say that!!!

It is so easy to cork the wine I did not feel any presure when I put in the second cork. The wine spraying up and out on the corker gave it away.

I resisted getting a floor corker but now I have one I LOVE IT!!!!

Except for the double corking thing!!

Maybe this a dumb question (I'm good at those

), but how will you get that inner-most cork out? I don't believe my corkscrews would go down far enough to catch much of that lower cork.

Love the image though - good one!

He will have to use the plastic grocery bag trick for the inner cork once the outer cork is removed. The inner cork will need to be pushed into the bottle and extracted once its emptied with the grocery bag trick.

Mike - i thought you were going to sing Randy Newman's Classic

"CORK people got no reason
To live"

They got little hands
Little eyes
They walk around
Tellin' great big lies
They got little noses
And tiny little teeth
They wear platform shoes
On their nasty little feet

Well, I don't want noCORK people
Don't want noCORK people
Don't want noCORK people
`Round here .....

I have removed corks in too deep by taking a deck screw a few inches long and screwing it into the cork with a drill. Screw it in an inch or so and take a pair of pliers to grab onto it and pull out.

Of course you could use the shoe trick of the French and bang it onto the wall..........................................This one is in Aussie, but at least you can understand it.
