Dateline: Wednesday 5/29/07 9:35AM Lost our phone service so AT&T was contacted and was advised that phone service woould be restored on 5/30/07 between 8am and 5PM ...They never showed
Called 2nd time and was advised that we had been overlooked and no one was dispatched but they would be out the next day. Again, between 8am and 5pm........Never showed

Called again. Was advised that the problem had been located( In a cable) and a specialist would be out in the morning toi take care of it. Sometime between 8am and ..now....4pm......Never showed

Called at 4:30pm and asked to speak to a Supervisor. After dilly dallying with Him for about 10 minutes he was extremely aplologetic but there was nothing he could do. I advised Him i wanted to speak to someone else then, I didn't cate if it was George W. Bush. I wanted to talk to someone who had the authority to make something happen. He tole me he would have his supervisor call me....Guess What ....He never called.
Today, 6/02/03 at 1:50 PM someone showed up and we now have phone service again.
Anyway.....Good to be back amongst friends

Waldo: I know your not the type that would pull a string or two, but next time phone or electric service is interupted, make sure you mention in you first call that you have medically disabled people living in your home that is in your care. By Law, that moves you to the top of the repair list.
