These are muscadines I got from Ison's. They were planted in April. I have lost only three, but I have some that don't have any leaves, but when you scratch the vine at the base it is still green. The Lady at Ison's told me that if it was still green, it was alive. I planted another one that I have rooted beside the ones that aren't looking very good and will keep the best one or the one that lives and does the best.
I'm pleased with what I have done, since I don't know what I'm doing anyway.

Looks like they are off to a good start! Don't give up on the runts they may come back better than ever next year, just keep em alive. :br

Looks great. That's it I have got to get me some grape vine started, if it's not to late to find any?
