top-up

Hi,
I just racked my Chateau du Roi, but was waiting for an answer for this question before top-up....I usually use water to top up, but I have a bottle of commercial Cabaret Sauvignon that i could use...would that do?

I'd use wine, the closest one you have to the one your making...
