So I ordered a few things to try and get started with my first MLF from Presque Isle Wines. I was really hoping it would be in on time for my malbec that I just crushed Monday night. I had ordered it on Sunday night, and found it on my doorstep this afternoon. The wine has barely started fermenting! I'm impressed!

That is because you didn't need it yesterday. If you were in a hurry for it, it would of been shipped, but after a few days wonder what happened to it. LOL, Arne.
