Well It has gone through the fermentation and one racking but leaves a lot to be desired, although the alcohol is present the flavor and essence is somewhat missing.
There is an aroma of the fruit but the taste is very watery and thin.
Could I improve by using a higher concentration of boiled potato juice
Your thoughts are appreciated because if I can get a stronger potato flavor I see great potential in this wine as a local favorite at the late fall celebrations.
 
Sweetening a wine always brigs out the flavor of whatever you have fermented. I would say that you could also do as you said as thats almost what I do when a fruit wine needs more flavor.
