Stirring the primary

Hi,

I was wondering how do I go about stirring the primary when it has a 35 lb. Mesh bag of apples? Do I pull them out, stir and replace or just swirl the bag? Stir the outside making the bag spin?

Yeah swirl the bag. Push it down a few times get it to roll over - just try to make sure the fruit on the top doesn't dry out.
