So after the clearing stage I skipped step 4 polishing and racking to step five bottling. Under step 4 it says if aging more than 3 months add kmeta. Is that bulk aging in the carboy or aging in bottle or both? It also mentioned to let sit for two days before bottling. But I mis understood and went straight to bottle. Is this a major issue or should it be ok?

I don't do kits but my guess would be aging in a carboy. I'm not sure what polishing refers to in kits, as long as it was degassed and clear you should be fine although you should have added K-meta at some time.

Yes there was some kmeta added after the fermentation when I racked it to to the carboy after the fpack(sweetener) to clear.
