Hello, I am new to wine making, I have only made two batches. I am making wines from kits and I have a winexpert Cab Suav kit. I like big, bold dry red wines and I am curious if I should add additional Tannins to this kit. I think I read somewhere that grape concentrate in kits have reduced Tannins. Appreciate the feedback.

Big, bold reds are rare in kit form. Definitely add tannins.

Yep add some sacrificial tannins when you pitch the yeast and some finishing tannins before bottling, some patience and you will be a happy person 9-12 months from now..remember tannins do require time to age
