Interesting. Makes me wonder how some of the winecompetitions exist. For example, the Indy Wine Competition is one of the largest competitions there is. According to that article, it is a felony to ship wines to Indiana. Seeing that the State Fair hosts the wine competition and accepts all of those wines by shipment from all over, doesn't it seem a bit hypocritical that the State of Indiana would make this a felony offense? Now it is possible that the State of Indiana has no affiliation with the State Fair, but I kinda bet that they do.
