Sherry recipe help

Hello everybody,

I have recently made a pale aperitif sherry from a wine kit - butlers pale aperitif,

I was hoping to do a 6 galon batch, using ingredients from scratch, I have scoured the Internet but have struggled to find any recipes,

Has anyone done one before? Could you advise what I need? The butlers kit used raisins and rye grains

try homewinery.com they give setup recipes for their concentrates, EC KRAUS IS ANOTHER, and the recipes forum on here, and these ladies and gentlemen,(cough) these people can help you through anything i've read so far,

I just did a little googling on Sherry wine kits and they appear to be just fortified wines. A true Sherry goes through a procedure called Solera in which it is allowed to become oxidized, something as winemakers we try to avoid. The system is kind of interesting although I was never a fan of the finished product.
