Been reading a couple posts on seconds. I currently have a cranberry wine and a super Tuscan in the fermenters. I am thinking of taking the grape skins and cranberries and putting them together to make a couple gallons of cram-grape wine.

Any thoughts?
 
Go for it. I usually throw a couple of cans of white grape juice in for a bit more body. But you never know what you are going to get til you try. If you try it, keep us informed. Arne.
 
What are the super Tuscan grape skins from? A wine kit? If so, may not have much to give up besides seeds. Good luck and let us all know your recipe and results. Good luck!
