So I just racked my Chilean juice to my secondaries. One can up short with the carboy. It has about 4-5" of head space. With this being exposed in the secondary is there any concern with oxidation or will the releasing of so2 keep it out. I plan on racking in 30 days off of the raisins to a smaller carboy.
 
If it is still fermenting then you are fine.
