hi there!

you can always add sugar to make stronger wine, just remeber to follow basic rules. you can find all inf on this forum.

Just remember one thing the stronger alcohol you have the less flavor you have some will argue and then some will argue the other way also and some love having high octane wine If you want high octane wine a good member to talk to is Sirs he can advise you on how to make it.
