What is the shelf life for the RJ International kits? I was just pondering how long I could keep a kit in the original box and still get the excellent results I have gotten so far?Buy wines of the month and take advantage of the savings but not get into trouble with one going bad.

2 years when kept in a cool dark place. If storing the kits in temperatures over 80F, shelf life can be reduced.

I have made kits that were 18-24 months old with great results. I do try to make any kit within 12 months of manufacture.
