Racked the Cabernet Sauvignon/Raspberry today...and took a good taste from the leftover topping up wine...

...It is really nice. Usually our Raspberry wines are pretty fruit forward...This one is perfect, Raspberry is the second flavor....Going to go down real nice.

We bottled the wine today....Yes...I need to have more Patience....but it was clear, stable and tasting pretty good. I am sure some time in the bottle will only make it better.

Of course...there is always a teeny bit that doesn't fit in a bottle.

Now...let's do another.
