Carboys VS Buckets
What's best to use as a primary fermenter, a glass carboy or a plastic bucket?
Some people use carboys for their primary but others recomend buckets because of the bigger space, which allows more air in/out opposed to carboys which are very narrow thus letting less air in/out.
Or is this all just a matter of opinion/preference?

Just wondering, sorry if this is a dumbish/noobish question.

I just added some Fermaid O to a Voignier kit I started a few nights ago. I'm glad it was in a bucket and not a carboy. Would have had to name it Mt. Voignier if it was.
