Hopefully the hospital can take control of those 1400 bottles and raise money for their cancer program. If you read to the end of the article, you can see that both the Pa State House and Senate passed bills to change all of that and the reconciled version ended up on our Governor's desk, only to be vetoed.

No longer a newbie, but still clueless.
Sounds like he was blatantly running an illegal operation and is getting what he deserves. But those poor wine bottles. Helpless victims!
