Racked and filtered my peach wine today back sweetened to an excellent taste started this the beginning of august here are some pics will bottle in a couple of months

Oh, I bottled mine even if it tasted like rocket fuel but after a year it is fantastic.

Mine improved drastically between the 1 year and 18 month mark.

Filtered my batch of peach that was started at the end of July bottling in a few minutes it was in gallon jugs. So it didn't have all that head room just since I filtered into a 3 gallon carboy. I added 2ozs of peach concentrate this stuff taste great already will be great for the memorial day bash we have every year. Here are some pics after I filtered to carboy will post more pics after I bottle.

Make sure you top that off, else you risk oxidizing your wine.

Oh very nice, looks great. Now be sure to keep some of it aging that way you can see how it changes.
