Those glass air locks are cool. Too fragile for me though to spend $50+ on.

Yep, Ive had the glass airlock and I almost tore my hand up just trying to get it out of a rubber bung. It did break doing that and lckily I managed to not cut myself doing it. Never agin would I buy one except maybe to keep it installed in the bung or for looks .

I love my glass wine thief. Its smaller than the big plastic one when you just need a smaller sample for taste.
