Newbie from Indiana

Hello to everyone...Just stabilized and fined my first kit (WE Island mist Merlot) Wow! what a great hobby...Followed the instructions to a T and everything happened the way it said...Looks and tastes wonderful so far.
I have been reading the posts on the forum and probably learned more from them than anywhere else. I have a WE Green Apple Riesling to put in the primary tonight. Thinking about bumping up the ABV to 9 or 10% What do U think?

That Apple is an awesome kit, 1 of the best Island mists in my opinion! If I were you I wouldnt bump it up above the 10% as this 1 is a very delicate taste and would get over powered by abv very fast. I would definetly add all the F-Pack at the end as this 1 is not a as sweet as some of the others. Great to have you aboard and hope you stay.
