Wat stage is the wine in - still in secondary alcohol fermentation?

Haha I'm sure if it turns out as good as the sips I took while transfering. I will have many new friends.
 
Question. Did you originally let it ferment wildly. or killed the wild yeast then add your own. I have some regina barbera and a petite syrah that i purchased yesterday and in dire need of help.

Another question, did you start this from juice pails or grapes?

I started this by letting it sit at room temp for 24 hours. Added yeast and yeast nutrient.
These were started from juice pals.
