I used red star Montrachet.
 
I did a my firstt batch of mango banana two months ago and i measured it at 17% n it was good!! :) everyone liked it but it was DRY i used red star champagne and it was gone after a few days i sadly only made a gallon and that was my first wine....
 
Ok thank you i havent started the fermenting yet because my order is behind for my vessels grrr i want to start it already!!!! :(
