Yes, I live in Northern VA, DC suburb.

I live in Delaware, only about 4 hours away.
Lots of craft breweries here, but not many wineries.
When I moved from Maryland to Delaware, it was like getting a 10% raise due to low taxes, and no sales tax.

Looks like this is my finial year in New Jersey need to get through this ac season and put the peddle to the floor go sign papers and make the move next year, if all goes well.

Look's like new Kent.. Retirement community, I was surprised that the housing is just as high as hear,bu5 the taxs make up for it.

Nice area down there. Really close to Williamsburg, a quick drive to the VA beaches, and only an hour+ to the Outer Banks.
