Do or have any of you added Lallzyme EV to grape packs that come with the kits? I was considering doing a kit that comes with a grape pack and thought how well the lallzyme worked for my grapes this past fall and thought it may extract some extra color tannin etc.....

Yea but you have what 16oz of grapes in a grape pack. You will not be able to see or taste any difference with such a small amount of grapes. Save it for the real stuff where you have 100lbs of grape skins that end up making 6-7 gallons of finished wine.
