Hello everyone I am new to this forum but I find you folks very informative. I am new to winemaking but I do have 11 gallons brewing of a number of different kinds. Can anyone tell me what a Sauterne yeast is? I have access to Lalvin and Red Star Yeasts. thanks for the help

Welcome to the forum, Elkdog. Here is what I found on line. Appears to be European. I have never seen it here in the US.
