I'm very excited to be a part of your community!

I've wanted to try my hand at making wine since I had some fabulous rubarb wine at a family gathering a few years ago.

But as usual, life takes over and I was to busy to start a new hobby, until now.

I have a soft spot in my heart for the unusual from mead, to fruit wine to blueberry beer.

Hello, and welcome to the community.. That Blueberry Beer sounds interesting.. I also like to try my hand at alot of different new and rare recipes. Last year I made my first batch of mead(from white honey). It has been ageing for a while now, but it hasn't quite been a year yet, so I don't dare try the final result yet.. I made 5 gallons, though, so I should have plenty to taste and give away.. Well, anyway, welcome, and I look forward to seeing more posts from you..
