I found this site from Hippie's tag line on another forum, checked it out, and liked what I saw...alot!


I live just east of KCMO. I'm in the software business (QA Manager), and just got into wine making abouta month ago.


I've got a few batches of mead bewing and just started my first 'large' batch (to me anyway) of 5 gallons of apple wine.


I think I've already read every thread in the fruit wine and photo's forums and will continue to read them all!

Steve Welcome to a very fun and addicting hobby, i started with a gallon ,Before i new it i have about 25 gallons going,I am adding a kitchen on the back of my garage for making soaps and wine.my kids said i will firment any thing LOL, they dont know it butt thats what their getting for christmas.
