surlees Senior Member Joined May 26, 2009 Messages 246 Reaction score 3 Aug 16, 2010 #3 If you refrigerate and add 1 Campden tablet/gallon (30-50 ppm SO2) it should keep 2-3 months easy. If you freeze it, it will keep longer. Fred
