Hi, i currently have some black raspberry on the go and shouldhave been bottled last week....I tasted it last week and was fizzy so decided not to bottle it. Today, i tasted it again and still fizzy...just gave it a quick stir. How long should i wait or should I just keep doing this until its not fizzy anymore before bottlelling it??..oh, its the Island Mist kind

You need to either degas it by stirring or pulling a vacuum on the carboy, or else let it sit & age for around 6 months to a year before bottling.
