Hello everybody. I live in northern California and have been wanting to make my own spirits at home for a long time. I'm starting as easy as it gets. I've got 1 gal apple juice fermenting to become applejack and a second 1 gal fermenting to be aged. I've already learned a lot from everyone's posts and hope to learn a lot more.
