I've been searching for how to make a fruit pack to see if I did it right.
For a 3 gallon batch I used 5 pounds of fruit and covered them with the wine I wanted to add the fruit pack to. Boiled it until I had boiled about half of it away. Cooled it and added it to the carboy and stirred it good. Will you tell me if that was right or how to find the procedure thru "search".
