Equipment and additives to have on hand?

We will be bottling our first wine kit in a week or so. I am so eager to venture out and experiment and make different wines (mostly whites and some fruit and even a maple syrup wine and even a lilac). Is there a list of additives I should have on hand, meters and testing equipment besides a hydrometer? A good book that covers it all-ish? id like to have all equipment and additives on hand before I move forward.

I noticed that I started out with the basics and gradually started to gain more expensive equipment to make my life easier like a ph meters, Allinone, bottle washers, bottle racks,milk crates, primary fermenters,crusher,and lots of carboys !
