I took a peak at my 2011 cranberry wine today. I've posted a photo of it. The wine is starting clear nicely, the aroma is very nice, and the flavor is good. It still needs more aging though, and will likely see another 6 months of aging before I consider bottling.

Looking good.

Hey, what is that green background? I know it is not outdoor vegetation, as it is winter!!! We won't see any of that until late May. :re

Robie, yea, I snapped that shot this afternoon before heading out to work. The tree is a Japanese Ceder. It's an evergreen, keeping its color year round. It tends to get a bit of a redish tinge in the winter due to the little cones that form on it. It's what you would call an evergreen.
