concord question

OK I have my nieghbor willing to give me as many concord grapes as I want (benefit of living in Niagara wine country) problem is they are ready NOW! I have apple going in my primary (yes I have only one)

Question is: Can I freeze the grapes till I'm ready for them or will it take to much fresh flavor from them...they are damn sweet right now!

Freeze them, it is to your advantage to freeze them, it helps break them down.
