Yea, It's official today I finally was able to start another batch of wine. It's been 14 months ( due to flooding, moving, etc. ) since I started my last batch. I was afraid maybe I had forgot how.

I have a couple of kits ordered from George ( CC Showcase Red Mountain Cab & CC Showcase Washington Merlot ). I figured I should start one from scratch just to get back into the swing of things.

Great news Bob! I hope they turn out great. Were you able to save some of the winemaking equipment so you didn't need to start all over again?

Yea, Wine and winemaking stuff had top priority over everything else ( you know....... like clothes, furniture, basic nesessities etc. )

We had plenty of advance notice to get everything out.
