Well I just started this Limited Edition wine. Smells great so far. three packs of oak. Also just put to secondary IM Kiwi Pear. Wife liked it so much that I had to another batch since Decembers batch is almost gone.


Love the red wines and think I will try one of the IM reds to keep from drinking the good stuff, open to suggestions

Black Raspberry Merlot is a definite! The Blackberry Cab is also very good!

I am bulk againg the Grenache/Mourvedre, but I did bottle 6 8 oz bottles. For the hellofit I opened 1 of the bottles tonight. It is only 3.5 weeks old, and I think this is going to be a really good one. Hope everyone is going to like this as much as I am going to.
