I'm just joining here, but I've been making wine for almost a decade (the early years seem kinda foggy for some reason...) Anyway, I'm always looking for more info on this wonderful hobby, and equally willing to share/help when I can.

Welcome !
Whats fermenting?

In secondary and bulk aging I have:

Skeeter Pee (11 gallons)
Apple/Cherry Blend (7 ltr)
Blueberry (5 gallons)
Welch's Concord (3 gallons)
Apple (4 ltr)
Peach (4 gallons)

Must admit, nothing in primary now. I'd hoped to have a batch of muscadine started, but my source of grapes failed badly this year. I'm searching for a grape source (preferably pic-ur-own) in the area of southeast Louisiana -- no luck yet, but if anyone has a lead please share!

Glad to have you here and sorry about the Muscadine source failing. Muscs make a fantastic wine and wish they grew around here.

Welcome aboard. I just replied to your PM. Glad to see you here.
