Other Alexander Riesling

Anyone make this before? I want to go pick up some yeast but for some reason i can't download the recipe from midwest vintners. What yeast is recommended for Riesling? I might use this to blend with some other wines ive made too any suggestions?

recipe is on the can. Use 3 cans for 6 gallons, you wont be sorry you did. Save some of the consintrate for a F-Pak. About 2 cups is what I did. It has been a long time since I made this , maybe I will do it again soon

I've made it once before, and I have one going right now. The first I made was a 3 gallon batch using one can and 10 lbs of strawberries. It turned out pretty good, at least good enough to make me want to make it again.

The second one is a mix with passion fruit syrup. It's getting close, but it's not ready to bottle yet.

All in all, I've used several of the alexander's concentrates, and I like the riesling best as far as the whites go.
