    Have not racked in 5 months?

    Ok I made a 3gallon batch of Concord from moms grapes in August. Last Racked it Around 9/1. Now it has a light green film on the top. I am going to rack it and add /Kmeta today. Did I ruin it? Thoughts? Taste test is the defining criteria?

    Kits freezing during transport

    I was getting ready to order a kit today and it occurred to me that it could freeze in transport. Has anyone had a problem with this? Would it really be a problem if it did? I am getting an eclipse Cabernet Lodi ranch from midwest supply.
