    I was told that if I store my wine standing up that I should use synthetic corks vs regular corks. Is there a reason that you can stand your bottles up using agglomorate corks???

    I bottled a MM Vinifera Noble kit in November and now it looks like there is some haze in the bottles. Can I empty these into a carboy and let it sit longer before bottling again?     I am using the V-Vessell on this so there is no transferring needed. I just take off the collection capsule and disgard the sediments. I will take another reading when I get home. I don't think I have any sorbate at home, but I may have another kit with some in until I put in another order...

    Thanks for the info. I was thinking I could save some money by going to a local store to buy a kit, however, they only carry wine expert. Shipping is quite a bit when I have to order Mosti kits. OH well..I guess I have to just pay the piper for the better kits.
