    Mosti Mondiale AJ Chard yeast nutrient

    George, There was no yeast nutrient in my kit. I assume none was required even though the instructions seem to indicate it was not an optional ingredient.

    Mosti Mondiale Dry White recommendation

    Howdy all! I am looking for a few ideas for a dry white kit. I have made WE French Chardonnay, and Australian Verdelho as well as the MM Chardillon. The MM is the best wine but still not as dry as we would like. Any recommendations?

    Mosti Mondiale Filtering Mosti kits

    I have my first MM kit about to be racked after final clearing and stabilizing. I was not planning to filter before bottling but note the Mosti instructions do include it but seem to add it as an afterthought. Anybody skip the filtering? Doesn't that take some of the flavor out?
