Mosti Mondiale Highest and lowest SG - MM AJ

We just started our MM AJ Trebbiano and recorded the highest starting SG of the fourteen kits we have started to date: 1.092. Temp 74 F.
At the same time we checked theSG of our MM AJ Castel de Papa which is in day 14 at .992 also at temp 74 F. That is the lowest SG we have recorded for any of our kits to date. BTW the starting SG was 1.084. I have hopes that this willbe a nice dry wine with no sweetness up front. What do you folks think?Edited by: Jack on Rainy

I racked my AJ Castel del Papa out of secondary on 1/10 and had a taste. I think you will be pleased. I am going to let mine rest until the end of Feb and then decide whether to add a wee bit more oak.

We are finding the All Juice's ferment to .992 to .994 which is lower than the concentrates which usually stop at .996.
