    Kmeta/StarSan

    They said neither Kmeta (fumes sanitizer) or StarSan (contact sanitizer) have to be rinsed, but, Star San make a lot of bubbles, it is still OK not to rinse? I’m worry about those bubbles! What you all think? Thanks:sm

    Sanitize hose and auto filler

    Before raking or filling bottle, How about if I make 1 gallon of K-Meta and ran it through the vacuum pump and the Buon Vino super automatic auto filler, that should sanitize all hose and auto filler, correct ? What do you think? Thanks

    Is this the best way to sanitize

    So, from what I understand the best way to sanitize hose, spoon, hydrometer, wine thief, etc... Is to simply put them in a bucket, add some Potassium Metabisulphite solution (how much to put in the bucket?) seal the bucket, wait a little wile (How Long) and it is ready to be used, right?
