    WineXpert Mezza Luna Red sour?

    I just opened a bottle of Mezza Luna Red. I bottled it in early September. It tasted very tart, almost sour. Is it still too young? Hoping it will get better with age. What do you guys think?

    So I'm about to bottle my Island Mist Pom Zinfandel, and I do the math to figure the ABV. I got a measly 6%!! and I added sugar to the primary to boost the alcohol! How is this possible?     So it's my first kit... VR Piesporter; and I am scheduled to bottle it this weekend. I just checked on the airlock and it had slimy mildew on the inside of it!! YUCK!! Should I assume it's ruined or maybe...is there a chance that the icky slim didn't infect the wine? Am I hoping for too...
